摘要
目的观察益气养阴、活血化瘀类中药治疗糖网黄斑水肿病变的临床疗效。方法两组均采用降糖的基础治疗,治疗组30例应用糖网清汤(由黄芪、当归、赤芍、茺蔚子等组成)治疗,对照组30例进行对比。结果治疗本病总有效率92.31%,对照组总有效率66.92%,两组总有效率差别有显著意义P<0.05。结论糖网清汤对糖尿病性黄班水肿近期疗效确定。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine with the effects of supplemen- ting qi and replenishing yin and promoting blood circulation to remove stagnation. Methods Both the groups were given the basic glucose -lowering treatment. 30 cases in the therapeutic group were treated with Tang Wang Qing decoction （composition： Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae, Raix Paeoniae Rubra, Fructus Leonuri）, 30 cases in the control group were for comparison. Results The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 92.31%, and that of the control group was 66.92 %. The difference of the total effective rates of the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion Tang Wang Qing decoction has a definite near - term effect for the treatment of diabetic macular edema.
