摘要
随着电大开放教育的发展,电大文化建设的重要价值和意义日益得到人们的关注和认同。中心城市电大因其所处的社会、经济、文化背景的不同,建构电大文化的过程中有不同的要求和特性。本文对中心城市电大文化建构的前提、障碍进行了一定的分析和研究,并提出建构的途径。
With the development of the Radio and Television University(RTVU),the significance of its culture construction has attracted more attention and widely recognized by people.Uniqueness inevitably features the culture construction in the RTVU of a central city because of its special social,economic and cultural characteristics different from others.This paper analyzes the condition,obstacles and approaches of culture construction in the RTVU of a central city.
