摘要
研究了在未干硫酸盐浆中加入低木聚糖、杨木半纤维素和玉米芯半纤维素,探讨添加半纤维素对硫酸盐浆回收性能的影响。研究结果表明,低木聚糖、杨木半纤维素和玉米芯半纤维素均能提高纸张的强度,还能提高回收纸的强度,当添加2%的木聚糖、1.6%的硫酸铝、抄纸时pH为4.5所得的纸张性能提高最多,纸张的紧度增加24.55%,耐折度增加500%,撕裂指数增加29.01%,抗张指数增加30.01%,耐破指数增加44.07%,散光系数下降17.25%。电镜分析表明加入木聚糖可增加纸张及回收纸中的纤维结合强度。
In order to improve the properties of recycled paper for its high value, we study the influence of adding polyxylose, aspen hemiceUuloses or corncob hemicelluloses into undried kraft pulp on the properties of recycled kraft pulp. The results indicate that all of the three hemicelluloses can improve the properties of paper and recycled paper. When 2% pulyxylose, 1.6% Al2(SO4)3 were added into kraft pulp, and the pH is adjusted to 4.5, the properties of recycled paper are the best. Comparing to the properties of the recycled untreated paper, the improvement of density, folding endurance, tear index, tensile, burst indices is 24.50%, 500% ,29.01%, 30.01%,44.07%, respectively, the drop of scattering coefficient is 17.25%. The result of SEM shows that the polyxylose can improve the fiber bonding.
