摘要
随着企业经营环境的变化,企业界不断创新出各类先进管理模式。这些先进管理模式的集成性、系统性、匹配性特征决定了其极大的优越性。企业内外环境的压力促使企业纷纷实施先进管理模式。企业实施先进管理模式有其影响因素及相互关系,由此先进管理模式带给人们许多启示。
Over the past 20 years, there has been a continual stream of innovation in manufacturing, such as JIT, TQM, BPR, ERP etc. They are regarded as advanced management modes. The competitive pressures cause enterprises to utilize advanced management mode to improve their competitiveness. The study attempts to develop the mode of motivation and the mechanism of motivation to implement advanced management mode.
