摘要
粮食物流通道指粮食流入和流出的渠道,它对于实现粮食产销地区平衡具有重要意义。粮食物流通道涉及到粮食生产基地、粮食购销、储运企业及其基础设施和配套设备、粮食物流组织、粮食物流信息平台等要素。顺畅的粮食物流通道需要在稳定粮食供给水平的同时,加强节点企业的基础设施建设,培育粮食交易市场,壮大粮食物流组织,创建信息平台,实现粮食流动中的无缝衔接。
The grain logistics channel mainly refers to the passage of the grain inflow and outflow, which is of great significance to the balance of the grain production and distribution. It involves with such elements as grain production base, grain purchase and sale, the basic installments and attached equipments of the preservation and transportation enterprises, the organization of the grain logistics, the information center of the grain logistics and so on. A smooth grain logistics channel, while stabilizing the grain provision, must enforce the construction of the basic structure, cultivate grain exchange market, enlarge the organization of the grain logistics, build information center, and realize the consistent connection of the grain flow .
