摘要
研究了从谷氨酸发酵废液中提取单细胞蛋白的方法。通过对主要影响因素进行的探讨，得到了适宜地提取工艺条件。若壳聚糖浓度１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ｐＨ５～６，３０～６０℃，搅拌１５ｍｉｎ，则单细胞蛋白的提取率达到９８％，废液ＣＯＤ减少３６２％。
The method of extracting single cell protein from spent liquor was studied.The optimum conditions were obtained through research of main effecting factors:chitosan concentrate 100 mg/kg, pH 5～6, 30～ 60 ℃ ,stirring for 15 min.As a result,the yield of single cell protein was up to 98%.The COD of the spent liquor was decreased by 36.2%.
