摘要
研究了从谷氨酸发酵废液中提取单细胞蛋白的方法。通过对主要影响因素进行的探讨,得到了适宜地提取工艺条件。若壳聚糖浓度100mg/kg,pH5~6,30~60℃,搅拌15min,则单细胞蛋白的提取率达到98%,废液COD减少362%。
The method of extracting single cell protein from spent liquor was studied.The optimum conditions were obtained through research of main effecting factors:chitosan concentrate 100 mg/kg, pH 5~6, 30~ 60 ℃ ,stirring for 15 min.As a result,the yield of single cell protein was up to 98%.The COD of the spent liquor was decreased by 36.2%.
