摘要
采用工业小试规模的厌氧生物膜反应器处理硫酸法味精废水的试验研究表明,对于低碳硫比的味精废水(平均COD/SO_4^(2-)为2.14 )必须严格控制进水浓度和水力负荷,才能保证甲烷化过程顺利完成.试验条件和结果是:处理规模0.3m^3/d;消化温度38℃;水力停留时间1.6d;容积负荷5.26kgCOD/m^3·d;COD去除率84.3%; SO_4^(2-)转化率62.8%;表观沼气产率0.340m^3/kgCOD;沼气中甲烷含量53%.
A small-scale anaerobic biofilm bed process for sulfate-rich monosodium gluta-mate waste-water, which is rather low carbon-sulfate ratio (Average COD/S024- is 2.14, was studied in a factory. Performance of methane fermentation with carefully controlling influent concentrations and hydraulic loading rate was evaluated. The test conditions and results showed that:at 0.3m3/d hydraulic loading rate and 38℃ digestion temperature, hydraulic retention time should be 1.6d, a volumetricCOD loading rate of 5.26kg COD/m3-d could he achieved, the COD removal rate and SO42- reduce rate could get 84.3% and 62.8% respectively, the superficial biogas yield rate was 0.340 cubic meter per kilogram (COD), and the methane content in biog-as was about 53%.
