中学新生心理健康现状及其对成绩的预测作用 被引量:7

The Status Quo of Mental Health Among New Students in Middle Schools and Its Predicting Function for Academic Achievement

摘要 本研究采用《心理健康诊断测验(MHT)》,对重庆的1 760名中学新生进行测试,探讨中学新生的心理健康现状及其对成绩的预测作用。结果表明:中学新生心理问题检出率主要包括恐怖倾向、自责倾向、冲动倾向和身体症状,其中恐怖倾向最明显,检出率高达28.73%;初一新生的心理健康水平显著高于高一新生,男生的心理健康水平显著高于女生的心理健康水平;除孤独倾向外,高一新生在各内容量表上的性别差异都比初一新生明显;中学新生的成绩与学习焦虑显著呈负相关,孤独倾向和学习焦虑对初、高中新生的学习成绩都有显著的预测作用。据此,本研究提出相应的针对中学新生的心理健康教育建议。 To find out the status quo of mental health among new students in middle schools and its predicting function for academic achievement, the mental health of 1 760 new students in Middle School in Chongqing are surveyed with the mental health diagnostic test (MHT). The results show that the testing rate of new students' mental health range from "terror trend", "self-reproaching trend", "impulse trend" to "symptom trend", of which "terror trend" is the highest, accounting for 28.73%. The mental health level of junior students is higher than senior ones, and the boys' is higher than the girls'. Except "lonely trend", the gender differences among other seven tables of senior students are more obvious than junior students. The resuhs also show that the relationship between academic achievement and worried-about-study feelings is noteworthy negative relation; no matter junior or senior students, "lonely trend" and "worried-about-study" feelings can be predicted to affect their academic achievement. According to these results, some advices are put forward to help the mental health of new students in middle schools.
