摘要
本文设计的色谱仪数据采集系统,采用24位AD芯片ADS1253对检测器输出的电压信号进行模/数转换,然后由单片机读取数据并传送给上位机。主要介绍了该系统的硬件和软件设计。其中,硬件电路运用了抗干扰设计,软件设计给出了程序框图。最后的实验结果表明,该系统采到的数据准确、可靠,保证了仪器检测出更多的样品组份。
In the paper, the 24-Bit Analog-to-Digital converter ADS1253, in the data acquisition system of chromatograph, converts the analog singles of voltage into digital singles, and then the digital singles are red and transmitted to PC by SCM. Details about hardware and software design of this system are introduction. Anti-jamming design is used in the hardware circuit, and program flowchart is given in the part of soft design. The result of examination indicate that the data collected is accurate and reliable in this system, which makes sure that more sample components will he detected.
