摘要
针对WE系列材料试验机在使用中的不足,提出了材料试验机数据采集及控制系统的设计方案。阐述了测控系统的组成及上位机的实现功能,详细说明了下位机的硬件结构和下位机数据采集模块的软件编程方法,具有很好的工程实用价值。
Considering the shortcomings in using material testing machine of WE series, this paper proposes a design plan of data acquisition and control system for material testing machine. It expounds the components of this system and introduces the functions of upper computer. Meanwhile, the paper explains in detail the hardware construction of lower computer and programming methods of data acquisition for lower computer, which is of some practical engineering value.
