全自动二维液相色谱仪控制系统的硬件设计 被引量:1

摘要 全自动二维液相色谱仪的硬件系统以高性能32位ARM控制器和AVR单片机为基础,通过24位AD转换器对双色谱柱产生的mV级信号进行采样,对采集到的数据进行分析即可得知与光谱信号对应的物质成分,然后根据分离提纯规则由控制器、执行器对需要制备的物质进行收集。 The hardware system of two-dimensional liquidchromatographic is based on high capability 32 bits ARM controller and AVR MCU. We get the signal at the level of mV that generated by the two-dimensional chromatographic by the 24-bits ADC, and we will get the composition of the sample after analyzing the data we have gathered, and then we can collect the material what we wanted by controller and executer according to the ruler we choose at the beginning of the experiment, all course is automatic.
