摘要
ABAQUS是一套功能强大的工程模拟有限元软件,其解决问题的范围从相对简单的线性分析到许多复杂的非线性问题。文中将ABAQUS应用于辊弯成型的模拟仿真,分别利用ABAQUS壳单元S4R和SC8R两种不同的网格技术进行单元划分,对输出结果进行分析比较,从而体现单元选取在有限元数值模拟中的重要性。
ABAQUS is a robust finite analysis software for engineering simulation. Form linear analysis to many complex non-linear problem can be solved. The paper combines ABAQUS and roll forming, compares and analyses the general-purpose shell element S4R and continuum-based shell element SCSR, demonstrate the significance of shell element selection in numerical simulation.
