摘要
目的探讨心理治疗和心理护理对妇科手术患者心理的影响,为心理治疗辅助临床手术的治疗提供理论依据。方法研究对象均为本院妇科手术患者。实验组为各种需要手术治疗的妇科疾病患者75例,在手术前、后对其进行规范的心理治疗和心理护理;对照组为同一科室采用手术治疗的患者75例,未实施心理治疗。用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,统计分析两组的调查结果。结果(1)EPQ统计分析结果显示,治疗组治疗前、后比较,除了内向性以外,治疗后的评价分值低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前、后比较,除了内向性以外,治疗后分值明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)SCL-90统计结果显示,两组间各因子在治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理治疗和心理护理对解决妇科手术患者的心理问题以及辅助手术治疗有积极作用。
Objective To explore the psychology therapy and psychological nursing effect on the surgery patients＇ psychology in the gynecology department,and provide the theory basis for the auxiliary surgery treatment under the psychology therapy. Methods The objects were the surgery patients from the Gynecology Dept. in our hos- pital. The group for the experiment consisted of 75 gynecology patients who need surgery treatment and had been giv- en the standard psychology therapy and psychological nursing before and after the operation; The controlled group was also made up of 75 patients who only received surgical treatment whitout any psychology therapy. With The Eysenck personality questionnaire （EPQ） and symptom check list 90 （SCL-90）, investigation and statistical analysis on the results of the two groups were carried out. Results （1） The result of EPQ showed that there was significant difference besides the introversion in treatment group（P^0.05）, and the statistic value was lower than the one be- fore the treatment; there were significant difference besides the introversion in controll group（P〈0.05）, and the avalue was higher than the one before the treatment （P〈0.05）. （2）The SCL-90 result showed that there was insig- nificant difference between the two groups before the treatment （P〈0.05）, but there was significant difference between the two groups after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychology therapy and psychological nursing had positive effect on solving the gynecology surgery patient＇s psychological problem as well as the auxiliary surgery treatment.
