摘要
目的 探讨重建钢板手术治疗不稳定骨盆骨折并存移位髋臼骨折的效果。方法 10例不稳定骨盆骨折并存移位髋臼骨折患者 ,均采用手术切开复位重建钢板内固定。结果 平均随访 2年 ,10例均获复位 ,骨折愈合 ,无感染 ,疗效优良。结论 重建钢板可有效固定不稳定骨盆骨折并存移位髋臼骨折 ,矫正畸形 ,重建骨盆环的稳定性 。
Objective To study the effect of operative treatment of unstable pelvic fracture and displaced acetabular fracture by pelvic reconstructive plates internal fixation.Methods In this series,10 unstable pelvic fracture and displaced acetabular fracture reduction and fixation were carried out with special instruments, pelvic reconstructive plates and screws.Results The average follow-up period was two year.All the pelvic fracture reducted and healed satisfactorily .No postoperative infection occurred in this series.Satisfactorily reduction were obtained and good or excellent results were seen in the 10 fracture.Conclusions A stable pelvic could be reconstructed ,and the acetabular-femoral head relationship re-established by effect surgical reduction and pelvic reconstructive plates internal fixation.
