摘要
针对矿用风机叶轮加工过程的实际情况,分析了叶轮在切削加工、气割、电弧焊、冲压加工工艺中的资源消耗和环境影响这两个绿色特性,并提出了改进措施,为矿用通风机的综合资源环境影响评价、绿色制造技术提供了基础。
Based on the analysis of the machining process of the blade resource consumption and environment influence, were inve wheel of a mine fan, two green properties, stigated in the processes of cutting machining and gas cutting and electric arc welding and stamping machining, and some improvement measurements were put forward. It is significant for assessment of resource consumption and resource and environment influence and green manufacturing for mine fans.
