摘要
针对矿用风机叶轮加工工艺过程多、环境影响因素复杂的特点,建立了叶轮加工过程各资源环境特性分析与评价的Leopold矩阵,发展了采用层次分析法和价格系数法相结合确定指标因子权重的方法。基于Leopold矩阵找出了叶轮加工过程中影响最大的因子和工艺过程,并得出:钢板冲压叶片叶轮的加工过程绿色特性优于铝锭铸造叶片叶轮的加工过程。
According to machining processes and complicated circumstance factors of miner fan impeller,Leopold matrix of all kinds of resource and environmental properties in the machining was established.A comprehensive method that was integrated by levels analysis and price coefficient was developed.Based on the Leopold matrix,the most sensitive factor and process in its machining course were discussed.It is concluded that green character of steel plate punched into impeller is better than that of aluminum ingot founded in their machining course.
