摘要
介绍了四辊卷板机的基本结构和工作原理,并根据工作轴辊排列成对称的方式和不对称的方式两种情况,对四辊卷板机的受力情况进行分析。在分析板材所需最大变形弯矩和各工作轴辊承受作用力的基础上,结合功能转换原理,建立受力和弯矩与设备驱动功率之间的关系,得出四辊卷板机主驱动系统驱动功率的一种计算方法,并以此计算结果为依据选取主电机功率。最后通过实际算例证明计算结果有效。
The basic structure and work principle of the four-roll plate bending machine were introduced and according to the two situations which the working rollers arranged symmetrical and asymmetrical,the force of the four-roll plate bending machine was analyzed.Based on the analysis of the need of the maximum deformation moment and the force of the rollers,considering the function conversion principle,the relationship between the force,the moment and the drive power of the equipment was established and a method of calculation of the drive power of main drive system of the four-roll plate bending machine was obtained.The result of the calculation was regarded as the basis to select the main motor power.The result was proved effectively by an actual example.
