摘要
以工程陶瓷二氧化锆材料为加工对象,利用旋转超声加工的方法对工件表面进行磨削,对其磨削加工工艺进行了初步的试验研究,分析了材料去除的机理,通过试验探讨了工艺参数对工件表面粗糙度的影响,从而确定了一组最佳的磨削工艺参数。
Using ceramics ZrO2 engineering materials as processing objects, the workpiece surfaces are grinded through the rotary ultrasonic processing methods. A preliminary study of the grinding technology test process is made, to analyze the material removal mechanism, and through the test process to explore how the parameters affect the surface roughness, and so as to determine a set of the best grinding process parameters.
