摘要
通过在光敏元件输出的电信号与其空间位移之间建立一一对应的关系,提出了一种空间位移细分的新方法。其原理简单、可行,使栅式位移传感器的研究思路得到进一步的拓宽。
A new way of space subdivision in displacement sensor is proposed by establishing the corresponding relation between the space displacement and the electrical signal emitted from the photocell. It extends the idea in the research of grating displacement sensor.
