摘要
原有的时栅传感器设计中采用了电机绕组产生旋转磁场的方案,但是电机定子绕组分布不均带来了误差。原有的差线栅传感器中采用了齿栅的结构,但实验表明它对齿的加工精度太敏感。本文提出了一种新的行波形成方法,实验表明,按此方法设计的新的传感器,可以解决上述2个问题。
Three-phase winding is used to generate rotating magnetic field in designing time grating sensor, however uneven distribution of the winding may arouse measurement error. Tooth-grating structure is adopted in designing differential grating sensor, and the precision of the sensor is very sensitive to the machining precision of the teeth. To solve aforementioned two problems, a new method of generating traveling wave was firstly proposed, 'and a novel type of time grating sensor was developed. Experiment results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
