摘要
股骨粗隆间骨折是临床上最常见的骨折之一,老年人多发。股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法,文献报道较多。保守治疗时间长,并发症多,死亡率较高;手术治疗能使骨折得以良好复位,牢固固定,早期功能锻炼,减少并发症,降低死亡率,尽快恢复功能。因此,股骨粗隆间骨折首选手术治疗。本文对近年来股骨粗隆间骨折治疗进展进行综述。
Intertrochanteric femoral fracture is clinically one of the most common fractures and especially in the elderly. Many treatment therapies of intertrochanterlc fracture were reported in the literature. Conservative treatment lasts a long period, and is accompanied by serious complications and high risk of mortality. Sm＇gical treat- ment could reach anatomical reduction, firm fixation, early function exercise, and reduce incidence of complications and mortality. Therefore, surgery is the first selection for intertrochanteric fracture. This paper is mainly concentrated on treatment progress of intertrochanteric fracture in recent years.
