摘要
目的探讨PFNA治疗在不稳定股骨转子间骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法将86例不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者分为对照组与研究组,对照组应用DHS治疗,研究组应用PFNA治疗。结果研究组疗效优良率是95.35%,对照组疗效优良率是76.74%,研究组临床治疗效果要优于对照组（χ~2=6.198,P=0.013）。结论于不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者治疗中应用PFNA治疗具有临床效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of the femur. Methods 86 cases of unstable intertrochanteric fractures were divided into control group and research group. The control group was treated with DHS,the research group was treated with PFNA. Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.35%,the effective rate of the control group was 76.74%,and the clinical effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（χ2=6.198,P=0.013）. Conclusion The application of PFNA in the treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures has a significant clinical effect.
