摘要
本研究建立了某轿车用高速汽油机活塞的几何模型,应用三维有限元分析软件,完成了活塞在热力耦合作用下的应力与变形分析。研究表明活塞的热力耦合应力对活塞的强度有重要影响,同时活塞变形呈非轴对称分布,变形后裙部外形轮廓形状发生较大变化。由于活塞裙部形状对活塞润滑特性有重要影响,因此,本文的结果为进一步准确分析裙部润滑特性提供了基础,为活塞改进设计提供了参考。
In this paper a geometry model for piston of a high - speed gasoline engine is established. By using the three - dimensional finite element analysis software, the stress and deformation of piston under the action of the effect of thermo - mechanical coupling are analyzed. Results show that the thermo -mechanical coupled stress has an important impact on the piston intensity. The piston deformation is distributed in the form of non - axial symmetry, therefore, changing the piston skirt profile. Because lubrication property of piston skirt is strongly affected by the profile of piston skirt, the research results build a good foundation for the further analysis to piston skirt lubrication and offers reference for deep piston design.
