摘要
学生在教学活动中处于主体地位,让学生参与学校管理及其制度建设,从学生角度了解课堂教学效果,反馈学生对课堂讲授、教学管理、教学条件、教学改革方面的意义和建议意义十分重大。从教学信息员的作用、存在的问题和在实践中如何更有效的促进教学管理工作的不断完善进行了探索。
The student plays a dominant role in teaching. It' s of great significance to enabling the student to participate in school management and system construction. It' s also important to make the student find out a- bout the effect of classroom teaching and to obtain feedback from the student about classroom teaching, teach- ing management, teaching conditions and teaching reform. The paper conducts an exploration of the role of teaching-feedback-reporter system, problems and ways to improve teaching management.
