摘要
信息服务正在向知识服务演变,它将使当前信息服务产生质的变化已成为一个不争的共识。本文阐述了知识服务的基本概念、产生背景及其主要特征和内容,探讨构筑知识服务基础平台的主要方向。
Information service is evolving to knowledge service; which will cause qualitative changes of current information service and become an inevitable common recognition. This paper has expounded the basic concept, background, main features and content of knowledge service, and discussed the main orientations of constructing the foundation platform of knowledge service.
