摘要
目的探讨协作测试在护理本科生学业成绩评价中的适用性及其应用效果。方法选取某医科大学护理学院2005级护理本科生137名,在护理管理学期末考试中先行传统试卷测试,收卷后再随机2人1组(有1组为3人)用同等难度的试卷进行协作测试,测试结束后发放问卷行协作测试感知评价。结果护理管理学期末考试成绩,传统测试(73.50±5.49)分,协作测试(84.10±1.99)分;两次测试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。86.13%学生对协作测试有较积极的感知和肯定的评价。结论协作测试作为有益的尝试,可成为护理教学质量考核的补充方法。
Abstract.. Objective To investigate applicability of cooperative testing in evaluation of baccalaureate students' academic achieve- ment. Methods One hundred and thirty-seven baccalaureate students admitted in 2005 were selected and self-comparison method was used in the final examination of nursing administration. Students first filled out traditional test papers, and soon after they were paired and filled out another set of test papers together which had the same difficulty level with the previous ones. After the test, students filled out an evaluation sheet. Results The score of traditional testing was 73.50±5.49, and that of the cooperative testing was 84.10±1.99. There was significant difference between the two testing methods (P〈0.01). Of the students, 86.13% gave positive appraisal about cooperative testing. Conclusion The model of cooperative testing can be used as an effective supplement in evaluation of students' achievement.
