摘要
护理管理学的知识理论性很强,学生难以理解和掌握,针对这种情况,我们采取布鲁姆的“目标教学法”为基础进行教学。通过目标认定、目标教学、目标检测3个过程改革了教学方法,活跃了课堂气氛,收到良好的教学效果。
As the pure science of Nursing Management is much difficult for students to understand and grasp, we divide the teaching process into three procedures: target defining, target teaching and target testing, which applied into practice. This reformed method is based on Blom's Target Teaching Method, it may well activate the class and achieve satisfied results.
