摘要
目的探讨癌症首次手术后化疗期病人的抑郁状态和自我效能的关系。方法采用健康促进策略量表(SUP-PH)和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对100例癌症首次手术后化疗的病人进行问卷调查及相关因素分析。结果化疗期病人的抑郁水平显著高于国内常模(P<0.01);64%病人自我效能处于中等水平,抑郁与自我效能水平呈负相关(r=-0.682,P<0.001)。结论癌症首次手术后化疗病人的抑郁与自我效能关系密切。护理人员应重视病人的自我效能,以提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To study the relation between the depression state and self-efficacy of patients with cancer who received chemical therapy after the first operation. Methods To make questionnaire surrey and analyze related factors among 100 patients with cancer who received chemical therapy after the first operation with SUPPH and SDS. Results Depression level of patients with cancer is significantly higher than normal level in the chemical therapy shage（P〈0. 01）. Most patients （64%） self-efficacy is in the middle level. Depression level is negatively related to self-efficacy（r=-0. 628, P〈0. 001）. Conclusion In the chemical stage after operation for cancer, the patients＇ depression is related to their self-efficacy. Nurse should attach importance to the patients＇ self-efficacy to highten their body and mind health level.
