摘要
通过对本院１９８５年元月～１９８８年１２月收治的２７例卵巢上皮癌再次手术治疗进行分析。结果发现Ⅰ期盆腔复发率２６％（４／１５），Ⅰ－Ⅲ期盆腔复发率６６．６％（８／１２）。２７例中１５例单纯手术治疗，１２例手术后化疗，两组比较５年生存率分别为７．６％，５６％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
From Jan 1985 to Dec 1988.27 patients with epithelial Ovarian Cancer were trented againwith operation at our hospital. The results showned that the pelvic recurrence rate in stage Ⅰ was26% (4/15). and stageⅡ～Ⅲ was 66. 6% (8/12). Among the patients.15 Cases were treated by surgery alone and 12 Cases with post opration chemotherapy. The 5-year survival rate was7. 6%. 56%. respectively. (P<0. 05).
