摘要
本文介绍了溶胶－凝胶法制备钛酸钡系薄膜。着重于溶胶配制中溶剂、表面活性剂、螯合剂的选择，加水量，衬底及电极的选用等几个方面，概述了用溶胶－凝胶法（ｓｏｌ－ｇｅｌ法）制备ＢａＴｉＯ３系薄膜的近几年的发展状况。
The paper summarized the development of BaTiO 3 based thin film prepared by the sol gel processes in the last few years. Here we specially focused on choosing solvents, surfactants, chelating agents, water capacity, electrodes,substrates and so forth.
