摘要
分别采用化学共沉淀法和水热法制备铁电四方相和顺电立方相BaTiO3粉体,然后将它们按一定比例混合,在低氧压条件下烧结成BaTiO3陶瓷。较详细地研究了这种PTC效应很低的BaTiO3陶瓷的R-T特性、I-V特性与制备工艺的关系。
BaTiO 3 ceramic powders with ferroelectric tetragonal phases and paraelectric cubic phases have been synthesized respectively by co precipitation and hydrothermal methods. The powder are mixed in a certain proportion and sintered under a low oxygen pressure. A BaTiO 3 ceramics with very low PTC effect is obtained, its relations of R T and I V properties with the preparing process have been investigated in detail, and the conductive mechanism is discussed.
