激励是管理和领导的重要职能,对学生教育的管理离不开激励。西方管理心理学激励理论可概括为内容型、过程型、改造型三大理论类型,它们分别强调了激励的不同方面。只有深入认识激励的相关理论,认真坚持激励理论应用的原则,善于把握激励理论应用的方式,才能充分发挥激励在学生管理工作中的效能。
