摘要
学校管理中存在着一些教师激励机制不完整、激励措施简单化、激励效果低下的现象。分析和研究波特—劳勒的综合激励理论,能从中获得诸多启示。为了提高教师激励的有效性,学校组织要理顺工作与奖酬之间的关系,调控教师的期望,引导教师角色感知,突出工作的内在性奖酬,使教师感受到学校的公平与善待,获得较多的满意感,以提高工作努力程度。
There existed in school management some phenomena such as the inperfect teachers incentive mechanism, the simple incentive measures, and the low incentive results. By analyzing and studying Porter-Lawler comprehensive incentive theory, a lot of inspirations can be drawn. In order to make teachers stimulation more effective, the relationship between work and rewards must be straightened out, and teachers expectations must be adjusted. In addition, teachers should be more aware of their own roles, and prominence should be given to the reward system, thus teachers may feel fair and satisfied and redouble their efforts.
