摘要
以上海图书馆网上联合知识导航站和广东省立中山图书馆联合参考咨询与文献传递网为例,以用户的视野从咨询平台的基本情况、所提供的咨询服务及用户评价机制等方面对两个网上联合数字参考咨询平台做了全面的对比,并进行了系统的实证分析,进而总结了网上联合虚拟参考咨询平台存在的优点和缺陷。
Taking the CORS (Collaborative Online Reference Services) platform of the Shanghai Library and the Collaborative Digital Reference Services Network of Sun Yat - sen Library in Guang-dong Province as the examples. The paper analyzed the basic conditions, reference services and customer evaluation mechanism of the two platforms systematically, generalized their advantages and existing defaults.
