摘要
图书馆知识共享的有效性是指直接或间接产生的社会效益和经济效益,在这个过程中进行科学的管理,将进一步优化图书馆的工作流程,推动图书馆事业积极发展。论文分析了图书馆知识共享效益的产生和科学管理,结合当前高校图书馆的社会化服务工作实际,论述了图书馆知识共享效益评价的具体内容、评价方法,提出了相关改进建议。
The effectiveness of the library of knowledge sharing refers to the social and economic benefits arising directly or indirectly. Scientific management in this process will further optimize the workflow of the library, promote the positive development oflibrarianship. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of library knowledge sharing and scientific management. Combined with the actual work of socialized service ofthe University Library, it discusses the specific contents, evaluation methods of the library knowledge sharing effectiveness evaluation and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement.
