摘要
从咨询平台的基本情况、平台网站网络链接、所提供的咨询服务及用户满意度等方面对上海图书馆网上联合知识导航站和广东省立中山图书馆联合参考咨询网两个网上联合数字参考咨询平台做了全面的对比,并以系统的实证分析网上联合数字参考咨询平台存在的优点和缺陷。在未来运行过程中,网上联合数字参考咨询平台需要从4个方面改进,以达到拓展参考咨询服务深度和广度的目的。
Taking the Collaborative Online Reference Services （CORS） platform of the Shanghai Library and the Collaborative Digital Reference Services Network of Sun Yat-sen Library in Guangdong Province as the examples, The paper analyzes basic conditions, website link, reference services and customer satisfaction of the two platforms systematically, generalizes the beneficial implications and defaults, and proposes advice and measures of improvement for expanding the depth and breadth of collaborative digital reference services.
