摘要
该文通过汽车车模覆盖件点云数据测量,点云数据的对齐和曲面模型重构这一实例,介绍逆向工程技术在自由曲面零件构建中的应用。重点介绍了点云数据处理的原理和方法,论述曲线曲面的数学模型和对齐原理,分析误差产生的原因同时对结果进行了优化。
An approach to scanning automobile outer covering parts point data, aligning the surface, and the the surfaces are reconstructed. The application of reconstructing freedom furface in Reversing Engineering is introducted. It focuses on the methods and principles of treating clouds data, it gives an illustration on the mathematic model of surface and the principle of Registration, meanwhile the results are optimizated.
