介绍了车身外形曲面逆向工程的方法,对光学扫描测量得到的点云数据建立了滤波、平滑和去除冗余的自动处理方法,用NURBS自由曲面模型实现了车身曲面重建。这些方法提高了扫描点云数据的处理精度和曲面建模的效率。
An approach to reconstructing autobody surfaces in reversing engineering is introduced. It can automatically process the optical scanned point cloud data by filtering, smoothing and wiping redundant data, and then the autobody outer surface is reconstructed by means of NURBS freedom surface model. The processing accuracy of scanned point cloud data and the efficiency in surface modeling are increased by these methods.
