摘要
通过汽车车模覆盖件点云数据测量,点云数据的对齐和曲面模型重构这一实例,介绍了逆向工程技术在自由曲面零件构建中的应用.重点介绍了点云数据处理的原理和方法,论述了曲线曲面的数学模型和对齐原理,分析了误差产生的原因,同时对结果进行了优化.
The application of reverse engineering to constructing freedom surface is introduced in this paper through scanning a ear model' s outer covering parts point data, aligning point - cloud data and reconstructing a surface model, with an emphasis on the methods and principles of treating clouds data. The mathematic surface model and the principle of registration are also discussed to analyze the reasons for the errors and to optimize the results.
