摘要 将微波消解运用于火焰原子吸收光谱法对土壤中Mn,Pb,Cu和Cr微量元素含量的测定.通过正交实验进行了微波消解条件的优化,还进行了消解结果精密度实验,该方法的加标回收率为98.3%。107.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.25%,具有较好的准确度和精密度. An microwave digestion procedure was applied for the determination of trace elements ( Mn, Pb, Cu, and Cr) in the soil by the use of flame atomic absorption spectrometric (FAAS) techniques. In order to identify the accuracy of the procedure, the operating conditions were optimized by the orthogonal experiments before the determination of trace elements. Under the selected conditions, the contents of trace elements Mn, Pb, Cu, and Cr in the soil were directly determined using working curve methods. The relative standard deviations (RSD) and recoveries of the method had been undertaken to obtain reliable results for trace element determinations. The recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were between 98.3 % - 107.3 %, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were lower than 0.25 % after optimization of the operating conditions. This study illustrated that microwave-assisted digestion had the advantages of reduced time for sample dissolution, of saving-energy and less pollution, and lower losses of volatile metals, in addition, the study provided a new scientific method for further determination of trace elements in the soil.
