摘要
利用金属罐加热酸消解-石墨炉原子吸收法直接快速测定土壤中的Cd和Ni。该方法前处理操作过程简便、省力,干扰小,空白低,所用设备简单,成本低廉。试验结果表明,该方法测定土壤中的重金属,测定结果准确可靠,重复性好。经国家一级土壤标准物质样品测定验证,结果与标准值吻合。Cd、Ni的回收率分别为97.5%~102.5%、98.7%~101.6%,相对标准偏差为3.25%、1.12%,方法检出限为0.1、1.0μg/L。
This paper used a fast and direct method, acid and heating digestion in metal tins and graphite furnace atomic absorption, to determine the Cd and Ni of the soil. This method shows advantages like pre-processing simple, operation convenient, disturbance less, blank value low, equipments available, and cost low. Experiments revealed that this new method can achieve reliable result and good repeatability in determining heavy metals contents of soil. In testing the class one national standard soil sample, this method achieved the result in compliance with the reference value. In this method, for Cd and Ni respectively,the recovery rate is 97.5% - 102.5% and 98.7% - 101.6% ,relative standard deviation is 3.25% and 1.12%, the detection limit is 0.1 μg/L and 1.0 μg/L.
