摘要
目的探讨健康青年人在等长收缩运动(IE)时血浆内啡肽(EOPs)对运动心血管反应的调节作用。方法选择健康志愿者18人(男女各9例,年龄23.7±2.9岁),设置三种研究模型:单纯主观极量握力运动、β受体阻滞后握力运动、β受体与内啡肽受体双重阻滞后握力运动。观察指标包括亮氨酸脑啡肽(LEK)、β内啡肽(βEND)、强啡肽(DYN)、心率、血压、心肌收缩时间间期以及握力。结果IE时β受体与外周组织LEK和DYN的释放有关;阻断β受体后血浆EOPs不影响IE时的心率反应;血浆EOPs有可能通过β受体以外的途径增强IE时心肌收缩力;IE时血浆LEK和DYN水平可能受其受体效应的调节。
Objective This study aimed to explore mechanism of cardiovascular regulation during isometric exercise(IE). Methods Eighteen young heathy volunteers (9 males and 9 females, aged 23.7 ± 2.9 years) were included. Exercise models were: perceived maximal handgrip IE,IE with β blocker , IE with β blocker and Naloxone.Plasma endorphins,including LEK, β-END and DYN were analysed with immunoradioassay. Systolic time intervals, blood pressure and heart rate were measured during IE. Results Peripheral release of LEK and DYN might correlate with β receptor; Endorphins had no independent effect on heart rate when β receptor was blocked during IE;Endorphins might enhance myocardial contracility during IE from a pathway, which was independent from β-receptor; Peripheral LEK and DYN levels might be regulated through their receptor response to IE. Conclusion The study provides referential indexes for rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases.
