摘要
采用二维超声和脉冲超声多普勒对13例心肌梗塞患者和10名正常人进行研究,发现在近极量持续性肱二头肌和股四头肌等长收缩运动时患者最大二尖瓣舒张早期充盈速率(PE)下降,舒张晚期充盈速率(PA)升高,E/A比率下降,舒张时间缩短,与正常人的反应相似,两组诸指标的绝对差异在运动时缩小。提示这一现象可能为一种生理性反应,而不能简单地用心肌缺血来解释。
To explore influence of graded isometric exercise on left ventricular(LV) filling pattern, 13 patients(age 54±10 years)convalescent from transmural myocardia] infarction (MI) and 10 age-matched normal subjects (age 54±6 years) were studied by 2-D echo and pulse--wave Doppler. The exercise included a graded arm flexor and leg extensor isometric contraction. All subjects had no angina, ST segment depression, or susttained arrhythmia during the tests. Heart rate and blood pressure response were equal to a middle level dynamic exercise. MI patients gradually decreased in peak E wave, E/A ratio and increased in peak A wave. These responses were similar to the normals. Differences in the filling pattern between the two groups at rest became smaller during the exercise. The results suggested that these changes of LV filling pattern were not pathological but physiological.
