摘要
经透射电镜观察,并用形态立体计量分析法分别测量海马CA1、CA3锥体细胞上层和DG分子层突触的面密度(Sv)、数密度(Nv)以及单个突触平均面积(S)。实验结果显示人参总皂甙组的Sv和Nv较生理盐水组的分别增多4768±663%和4257±1622%(P<0001),而S仅在CA1区明显增多(P<005)。表明人参总皂甙可能主要是增加海马突触的数目,但也有增加单个突触面积的作用。上述作用是人参总皂甙诱发海马LTP和促进大鼠学习记忆的神经物质基础。
Using microscopy and morphometry,the changes of the surface density (Sv) and the numerical density (Nv) of the synapse and the mean area of the single synapse (S) in the above layer of the pyramidal cell of hippocampal CA 1,CA 3 and the molecular layer of hippocampal dentate gyrus (DG) induced by gisenosides (GSS) were studied.The results showed that Sv and Nv of the synapse in GSS group are more 47 68±6 63% and 42 57±16 22% than those in saline group respectively (P<0 001).In CA 1,the increase of S in GSS group could be observed (P<0 05).It means that GSS could mainly elevate the number of hippocampal synapse,but GSS could also increase the mean area of the single synapse in CA 1.The changes mentioned above may be one of the morphological fundament for evoking hippocampal LTP and promoting learning and memory behavior in rat induced by GSS.
