摘要
采用〔3H〕TCP放射配基作海马NMDA受体的自显影,研究人参总皂甙在海马齿状回颗粒细胞层诱发LTP效应和促进大鼠记忆保持能力时,海马内此受体的变化。给人参总皂甙的大鼠海马CA1、CA3和DG(dentategyrus齿状回)的NMDA受体银粒数较给生理盐水大鼠的平均分别增多42.84%±2.4%,38.57%±3.13%,35.81%±1.46%(P<0.05、P<0.01),表明人参总皂甙在诱发海马LTP和促进大鼠记忆行为时,可增加海马的NMDA受体数目和活性。
During LTP phenomenon of the granular cell layer in hippocampal dentate gyrus (DG) and the enhancement of the ability of the memory retention in rat induced by ginsenosides (GSS), the effect of GSS on the NMDA receptor in hippocampus was studied by using TCP as autoradiographical ligand. In CA 1、 CA 3 and DG, the average numbers of the silver granule of the NMDA receptor in the three GSS groups were 42 84%±2 41%,38 57%±3 13%,35 81%±1 46% respectively more than those in the three saline groups ( P< 0 05, P< 0 01). The results indicated that GSS could increase the number and activity of NMDA receptor in the hippocampus when GSS induced LTP of granular cell layer of hippocampus and promoted the ability of memory retention in rat.
