摘要
非战争军事行动卫勤保障任务对人才培养提出新的需求,本文旨在从人才培养类型、学科种类和卫勤训练内容三方面,对新需求引导下的人才培养战略进行探讨。
Health support tasks in non - war military affairs raises new needs to personnel training, and in this article the author aims to discuss the personnel training strategy under the new needs from three aspects which are the types, subject structure and training content of the personnel training.
