摘要
人才培养作为医院发展的重要组成部分,对于实现医院战略发展,增强医院核心竞争力,推动医院可持续发展,具有不可估量的作用。近年来,我院将人才培养确立为医院战略发展的关键目标,就解决传统人才模式与医院发展不相适应的弊端,培养与医院发展战略相契合的新型人才提出全面构想,并进行了一系列有益探索,使人才队伍不断壮大,人才梯队日趋合理,促进了医院又快又好发展。
As a vital component element of hospitals' development , talents cultivation is very important for hospitals to enhance their core competence and sustainable development. In recent years, talents cultivation have been established as the key objective to developing in this hospital , and strategic conception and exploration been put forward to solve the malpractice of inadaptation between traditional talents mode and hospital's development and eultivate new-style talents, which would make the talents team strengthened and rationalized, and promote the hospital developing better and quickly.
