从企业家队伍创新入手,从激励机制、职工参与制以及人才意识、人才培养、管理思想等几个方面详细论述了企业领导机制创新的内涵。
This paper, starting with the entrepreneurs' creativeness, elaborates on the innovation connotation in regard to enterprises' leadership mechanism from the following perspectives-incentive mechanism, the system of employees' participation, the talents consciousness and the training, management thought and the like.
