摘要
从价值角度将生产要素划分为人力和物力资本两个方面,按照这两个方面对企业人力物力创造的贡献价值进行分离,并对分离的必要性及其分离模型的设计作了系统的研究。通过分离模型分别反映人力物力各自创造的贡献价值,为计量人力资本群体、个体贡献价值和人力资本参与收益分配提供了量化依据。
In this paper, the separation necessity of human resources and material resources contribution value are set forth, and its model is bulit. It is very meaningful for reflecting economic strength, measuring contribution value and the distribution pattern in corporation
