慢性乙型肝炎患者牙周病综合治疗疗效评价研究

摘要 目的研究伴慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化患者牙周病综合治疗的疗效。方法对伴慢性活动性乙型肝炎、失代偿期肝硬化,肝功能损伤严重者,给予全身用药,辅以患牙局部对症处理;而对伴慢性迁延性乙型肝炎、代偿期肝硬化,肝功能损伤轻微者,给予患牙超声洁治,并局部用药。结果疗效均满意。尤其是患牙局部经超声洁治后,疗效明显优于未洁治者。两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论规范的治疗及严格的实施感染控制措施,就能最大限度的降低传染的危险性,达到满意的疗效。
